This policy explains what Product AdKit ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. We collect only what we need to run the service and generate the ads you ask for.

What we collect

Account info — your email address, used to sign you in and contact you about your account and packs.
Your uploads — the product photos and any product details (name, price, description) you provide.
Generated assets — the previews and ads produced from your uploads.
Billing info — handled by our payment processor; we receive confirmation of purchases but do not store your full card number.
Usage and diagnostics — basic logs and event data needed to operate the service, fix problems, and measure quality.

How we use it

To authenticate you, generate the previews and ad packs you request, deliver and email your results, process payments, provide support, and improve output quality and reliability. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded photos to train our own models for unrelated purposes.

Third-party providers

We use trusted service providers to run the product. To generate your ads, your uploaded photo and the prompt details are sent to AI image and text providers. These providers process data on our behalf:

Cloudflare — hosting, image/file storage, and database.
WorkOS — sign-in and authentication.
Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — transactional email (for example, "your pack is ready").
AI generation providers — image and language models used to create and enhance your ads, including OpenRouter (and the underlying models it routes to, such as Google Gemini and Anthropic), kie.ai / Nano Banana, and Magnific.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

We keep your uploads and generated assets for as long as your account is active so you can access your packs, plus a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal/accounting needs. You can ask us to delete your account and associated assets at any time by emailing hello@productadkit.com, and we will delete them except where we are required to retain certain records.

Cookies and tracking

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and minimal analytics to understand product usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the app.

Children

Product AdKit is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
